I remember :
On September 2007 I traveled to Japan the country that I had always dreamed of visiting. I remember back when I was living in Hawaii, I had a lot of Japanese friends who talked to me about their country. I was always impressed by their kindness. I had seen several documentaries on TV. The country is well known for its food, traditions, and most importantly their highest level and innovation in technology.
When I stepped at the airport it was a new experience that I was about to live. Your first impressions of a country begin at the airport. So many people where around, some were arriving, others were leaving. What a commotion!
The main thing that I was looking was to get in the traditional Japan. I visited an old temple. It was so huge. While I was climbing the stairs I tried to imagine what had happened there centuries ago. It is impressive to think about it. People were here doing what they had to do. Ceremonies did occur there. And, here you are in the 21st century.
Japan was all I ever expected, a land of traditions and a land of super technology. Who could ever think of it back then!
