My outstanding memory of 9/11 was when Big Brother South Africa had just started being aired. I was watching that in the living room, when my husband came through and told me they had bombed one of the towers. I didn¿t believe him initially, but watched with horror as they replayed the tape showing us the first tower and then shortly after that, the horror of watching the second one get hit, and then the collapse of both.
